Paul Cluver Seven Flags is a combination of vineyard and barrel selection, and is the ultimate expression of the estate’s terroir from winemaker Andries Burger.

This Seven Flags Pinot Noir 2018 is made from grapes hand-picked from seven vineyards, each with its own unique flavour profile. The wine is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, providing a luscious texture and hints of vanilla and spice. This wine has a beautiful ruby red hue and a complex bouquet with notes of dark cherry, raspberry, and earthy undertones. On the palate, it is smooth and delicate, with a long and satisfying finish that shows the wine’s finesse and complexity.
