The 2009 vintage was majestic. A vintage like very few before, was the general verdict by everybody in the industry. When it all comes together you can see the real potential of nature and man working together.  The Cape red wines stunned one and all and this magnificent Cabernet set new standards and will bring pleasure for years to come. Fantastic fruit brought the best out of winemakers and 100% French wood added the final touches to these wondrous wines.

Tasting notes:

Dense black fruit with complex spice, chalkiness, cedar and Eucalyptus on the nose. Tobacco, mulberry, black olives and dark cherry fills a bold palate and ends in a remarkable and seemingly endless finish. What a wine....
